A recent project highlights this approach well. Each option responds to different priorities—budget, layout improvements, and long-term goals.
The full rear extension significantly enhances the home’s flow and strengthens the connection to the garden. Importantly, this is more than just a spatial transformation. The client views this as their forever home and has expressed strong sustainability ambitions, aiming to meet the EnerPHit criteria set by the Passivhaus Institute.
