House Form has been commissioned to lead the project through planning approvals and secure conditional approval from Building Control. The extension is a contemporary yet harmonious replacement for a series of ad-hoc traditional additions, bringing coherence to the rear elevation while maximizing natural light and connectivity to the garden. At its heart, a dramatic double-height space accommodates a new kitchen, creating a striking and functional focal point.
